West Coast Railings

Very disappointed in his business ethic.The owner/operator met with us at the end of May, agreed on a date to complete a handrail & on June 3rd took a deposit of$1900. He wasn't able to complete the job as promised, and kept bumping us for bigger jobs. This was supposed to be completed well before our daughter's wedding on Aug 20 and when he informed us on Aug 2nd he was bumping us until the end of August, we were left with no choice but to fire him. To date he has not refunded us our deposit.
