I recieved an outstanding customer service in Xeno fashion last week. I needed to alter my costume for the weekend party. I called and talked to owner and explained that I might be late because I work and should drive after. He was so calm and assured me that he will wait. About the professional part, he listened carefully to my request about my jacket and considering my tight schedule made it at the same visit. My jacket looked exactly the way that I liked to be. I will definitely come back.

I had 3 pants that were too big for me, they altare them and they now fit me perfectly. So proffesional.
