Cox Insurance is a terrible company. My house flooded one year ago, my son and I are still not back at home. They keep trying to charge me for things that are their responsibility. Insulation??? Belfore took the insulation out, and now they want me to replace it!!!! Give Me A Break!!! The company overall does not respond to emails, and blame delays on you. If this is your adjustor, watch out!!! We lived in our home with water streaming into our home for two months, and Cox Insurance and Optimum did nothing. When I talked to him, he spoke to me like I was some 'little lady' who didn't know anything. Go With Someone Else!!!!
