Very rude service from the office

I am a manager for a development company, I had called this morning to request assistance for several job sites. The phone service I had received was absolutely terrible. The person I spoke with was extremely rude, had cut me off before I could say "Good morning, I am looking for.." they down right shut me down and hung up on me They had hung up on a potential client for a lot of work. I highly recommend not using this organization if this is how they treat people.
