Customer Service at this store is non-existent. Try phoning their line and pressing 0. Youll get voice mail everytime. Your message is trashed most likely as nobody ever calls back. Ive called 10 times over a week, and left 3 messages 2 days apart. Nothing.
So I went in to the store. They couldnt (wouldnt?) answer my simple question, so said would call me back. That was 6 days ago.

I bought an item on sale, then 4 days later it was cheaper I went back with my receipt and waited in a longgg line up for 45 minutes to get my price adjustment since on there site it says 14 days for that, after that wait they refused to do it. I said I could just go buy the cheaper one and return it with my 4 day old receipt if I really wanted to but I didnt want to stand in the line again, she said but I wont cause Ive seen you now and I will refuse you! So got hubby to 10min later! Bahaha
Purchased item online to pick up at store, said it was in stock, got there and after waiting for 30 minutes in customer service line told me they didnt have it! This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen where they let the line go out the door and dont get a second person to help, everytime I go the line and wait is ridiculous. Then I was sent to another store with stock in Newton and they had none!
