    Ruined my stuff

    Have used Sea to Sky several times and had been happy with them. Unfortunately the last time they ruined several of my goods. Jay the owner said he can't afford to pay for them. Well Jay neither can I. If Sea to Sky can't back up their products I'd suggest to others not to use them. I won't be.

    They are super aw...

    They are super awesome guys, I am using Sea to Sky linen on regular basis. They are very warm and welcoming. One day I forgot my wallet at home but they did not let me return with my dirty loundry. They are very helpful people. I always see a smile on their faces. Best of luck Sea To Sky Linen.

    One terrible experience after another...

    This is the worst laundromat ever! Literally. The owner and staff treat you as if they're doing YOU a favour by 'letting' you wash your clothes in their machines. My many experiences at this place have ranged from irritating to awful. From them closing an hour early so I couldn't grab my clothes, to being ignored completely by the dozens of people who work there when I just wanted a some change, to being told I couldn't wash my blankets there as they may leave some residue of dog hair that they would have to clean up. Are you kidding me? Your a laundromat! Your business is to let people wash their clothes in your facilities! On most occasions there aren't any washers or dryers free for the public as they are all always being used to wash endless bags of little white towel for restaurants and business. The only machines that are sometimes free are the rickety old ones shoved in the corner literally on their last legs. The other half the machines are broken. Cascade, you clearly don't care about your general public customers, your appalling customer service says so. Maybe you should think about shutting your doors to the public before they all walk away. I for one have had my last terrible experience there and would rather drive halfway across Squamish than set foot inside your doors again.
