I called to make a reservation and the man who was on the other line was horribly rude. I asked him if he could send the flight options to my email and very abruptly stated cant you write it down. I told him I was finding his manner very abrupt and unhelpful and he hung up on me. If this is the owner of the business perhaps it is time to retire. Not helpful very abrupt and angry. When people are using travel agencies it is because they require support and flight documentation!
