I have recently used First Defence to treat some ants nests in our yard. Enrique was extremely responsive and provided a thorough service. I would happily recommend him - he provides a great service to the Prince George area.
I have Been running a strata building for over 30 years and have dealt with Different Pest control companies many times over these years.
It's very hard to find a good company up in the North.
I called Gerald at 1st Defence and they showed up on time and help us get rid of the Bed Bug issues we had.
We will use these services from now on as it been a pleasure to work with Gerald, and he has taught me much about this for the future.
All the best to 1st Defence
Roger/Mary (Northen Inn Strata)
We had an ant infestation far out in the back yard, along with two wasp nests, both in need of immediate attention. We called 1st Defence, left a message, and had an immediate response(not so with another local company who never did get back to us.) When Tim was going to be a few minutes late, he was considerate enough to call and let us know when he would arrive. This is a company/business that knows what customer service is all about. All in all, pleasant, prompt, efficient service. Thumbs up!
To Whom this may Concern
I just had 1st Defence Pest Control come over to my home as l had some unexpected guest in my spare room,as l had guest visiting form over seas.
Found out l had Bed Bugs! After telling the company that l could not pay very much,Gerry from the company cut the treatment in half and allowed me to make payments which l could afford every month with no interest and he left it to me what l could pay if anything that month.
God bless you young man, from Little Old Mary!
I just had Gerry From 1st Defence Pest Control come over to my business as its that time of the year with rodents coming in to the building. He spent 2 hours walking through with myself and maintenance manager and explained in details what was happening and what we will need for long term protection,he did not think we needed a program at this time and explained that with sanitation procedures and some filling of holes and door sweeps the mice will move on.
Refreshing to have someone not selling
