Mane Street Salon

Hair cuts make me immensely nervous; which I told my stylist; however, she ended up cutting my ponytail off when I only wanted a trim. I am quite devastated. The stylist and the owner contacted me and apologized for the mistake, but neither one of them truly meant what they said. While I appreciated their efforts to try to make this right, the owner blocked me on Facebook from the salons page for no apparent reason.
