Top notch customer service!

After months of waiting (mostly) patiently for my husband to install our laundry sink, I contacted Proper Plumbing & Heating to get a quote to get my husband off the hook! Trevor came when he said he would, and came back the next day to finish it because my taps were missing a key piece, which he picked for me. His customer service is top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him! FYI, my husband was thrilled to have that crossed off his list!

The actual plumbing work looked very tidy and meticulous. But more than anything, Trevor was professional, polite and explained what he did and why he did it very clearly, which I appreciated. This is my new go-to plumbing company.
