AccuTech has always provided excellent service and I would highly recommend them.
Called to have my stove repaired when flashing an error code. The part was online but decided a repair person should have faster access to parts. The guy broke my microwave checking it and didnt order my stove part until a part came in I didnt need for my microwave.Showed up the second time 1 month later with the wrong part despite a clear error code. 7 weeks later and STILL waiting. Should have ordered the part online and done it myself. Nice enough guy but lousy at diagnostic and time taken.
We needed a part to repair the dishwasher in our suite. Accutech took money up front to order the part and said it would be in within 3 weeks. 3 weeks came and went without hearing from them. After contacting them, they said it would be in a few weeks later ... and on and on it went for almost 2 months before they finally admitted that the part wasnt in production anymore. And then they refused to give back the money that was paid for the part! Never, ever deal with this company!!!
Terrible experience - avoid this company! Not only Jordan, the owner, misdiagnosed the issue on the first visit, but just 1 day after the 2nd visit my washer overflowed and caused extensive damage to my property.
I would recommend this business. Jordan was pleasant, friendly and personable to deal with when he came to fix my fridge.
Accomodating, arrived on time, knowledgable, doesn't charge for a 2nd service call. Highly recommended.
