Regal Nails

First AND last visit. Called beforehand requesting price for pedi and mani with shellac polish on my own nails. Quoted $45. Pedi was ok, the shellac job on my fingers look like it was done by a blind 5 year old. Went to pay and was told $60. Had a 10 minute argument with staff who said I had no money to pay in front of all the clients. Out of principal, I was NOT paying $60 for a below mediocre job, especially when quoted $45. I ended up paying the $45...WON'T be back.

Ive gone to this Regal ail location 3 times now and I won't be back. I've been to the Regal Nails in South Surrey many, many times and have received consistently good service, but this Regal Nails is the opposite. I've had 2 pedicures and a Acrylic nail fill, all with different staff and all services were terrible!

Clean, comfortable, affordable, convenient and efficient! I just wish they spoke english instead of to each other in foreign language. But i love the massage chair and the great jobs they do on my acrylic nails and pedicures

My nails were natural and long. Shellac was removed with a power filing tool, not with a foil wrap, three of my nails got broken off and the worker filed all of my nails down just above my finger. The application of polish was messy. Job was rushed because of a walk in that requested a fill from her. Chatting going on between the 2 workers was all in a foreign language, and I was not spoken to. The curing light kept turning off. all in all a BAD experience and I will never go back there.
