Taking over a new property during these difficult time this team made it seamless and easy. They rapidly made immediate improvements to building security and upkeep. I have been made to feel very welcome. I have lived here for over twenty years and I feel that they put the safety and well being of their tenants above everything. Horrible place to Rent from... On a move out clean for an empty Bachelor suite they charged my deceased Fathers estate 8hrs of cleaning @ $25/hr... Greedy much?

The Ridge at Riverside is managed by Sunreal. Since we signed on with them they have been very competent and have done what they agreed to do. I as the Board President work very closely with our manager & her assistant & have found them to be very up front & always helpful. I would recommend Sunreal to anyone who asks me and I have done so many times. I have inquired about other companies in the past as I have had rental properties since 1999. They are the BEST in my opinion.

Unorganized & unprofessional. Avoid if at all possible

3 months later another 6000.00 for new siding. HORRIBLE

I lived on a property owned by sunreal. 2 months after purchasing the property I was hit with a 1500.00 assessment for 4 other properties in the complex owned by the same owner. I watched as they carried out sinks and toilets etc. The assessment was suppose to be for water damage however it was because there was a grow op. The insurance company would not cover it and dropped Sunreal. I fought because I did not think we should have to pay for his renovations. Later found out he is on the board.
