We had 3 appraisals done on our home (2018) and MIT was one of them. The 2 other appraisers came in within $7000 of each other while MIT came in at $90,000 lower! We ended up selling privately (thank God, 90,000 difference could’ve meant we lost money bc we were doing a relocation service). Our Sold price, listing price recommendation, county assessment were within the two other company’s’ appraisal numbers so I would say that validates the 90,000$ price difference to be uncalled for
