We were referred to Green Acres to have a consult with the orthopaedic surgeon regarding our dogs damaged cruciate ligament. Dr. Lloyd was professional and knowledgable. She explained the procedure in detail and answered all of our questions in a manner that was comprehensible. Her compassion for animals and love for her job comes through and I felt reassured tht I was making the best decision for my pet. The support staff in the clinic were friendly and professional as well.
Just had third visit with my 2 cats. They were just spayed. Each visit was handled very pleasantly and professionally. I thought the post surgery council was thorough. I did need to call their after hours number and got through to a welcoming voice who was also helpful. I’m happy!
Not at all happy...
They found out our family pet had cancer and wanted to euthanize him on the spot...
When I said no, it was very much insisted that I come back WITHIN THE WEEK to do it...
We fought to keep him at home longer but they just kept calling my house about it... everyone trying to tell me it was what's best for him...
He may of had cancer but he was just fine and lived life no differently. Being rushed and pressured into this decision was disgusting and very unfair.
What a beautiful place too bad they do not pay for work provided. Would not recommend to do work for them. As they do not pay hard working contractors. Soooo sad.
