Golden Taxi

Critical: Professionalism, Quality I had called this company to get a cab ride to work for my night shift. I informed the driver I would like to go through the drive thru of Tim Hortons before my shift to get a coffee which is standard for me. When he heard this he asked me to get out and said he had another customer. He left me in the middle of the road at night.

This company is very rude… I have used them 4-5 times and every time they take forever (25-45 min) when told 5-10… and are not very accommodating. Have poor manners and forget about good conversation or customer service.
