    Never will I take...

    Never will I take this taxi service again. I looked on the website prior to calling. It said $30 to Sherwood park. Well the destination I was going to is listed as a Sherwood park address as well as can be found as an Edmonton address depending on where you look (google maps, etc) Once I got to my destination the driver said okay $55. No where on the site did it say $55. Fort Saskatchewan to the airport is only $65. I had to pay him the $55 he damanded. I had a terrible experience with my driver and never will it reccomend or use this taxi service again

    prices are wrongly advertised. Last minute price increase on supposed flat rates. Terrible service.

    NOT ELDERLY FRIENDLY

    Not only did I have to fight with them over the prices "ANYWHERE IN TOWN FOR 8$" they also would not pull closer to my front door as I have problems walking and it was very icy out.

    I would like to take the opportunity to than Aspen Taxi for their professionalism over this heavy snowfall period. We required vans daily for our workers day and night, and you did not fail to deliver. It is beneficial to know from a business perspective that Aspen Taxi have the most vans in the fort, as our company is just based out of fort and it was more value for money using vans.Thank You for setting up our account for future
