Bad Customer Service
I went to the eye centre few times. I spent $90 for eye exam and $700 for a new pair of glasses. The doctors are nice. However, the staffs are not so friendly. I was five mintues late for my appointment. When I walked in, the staff at the front desk said to me, "you are late!" She was not saying it in a friendly way. Lady, that is not an appropriate way to talk to the customer. When I finished my eye exam, the same staff was writing down the contact lens' prices on a piece of paper for me. And then I said to her, "well, I think I will order my contact lens later." She did not respond and threw that piece of paper in the garbage can right a way. She obviously has some bad attitudes. What kind of customer service is she demonstrating? I regret to spend my money in that shop. I will not go there again.
