They seriously need to fire their front desk staff
Told by a doctor that I likely had an autoimmune disease. When I went to the clinic for my specialist appointment, I was told the doctor wasn't there yet, but he would be there soon. While the front desk staff sat texting on their phones, I waited an hour. I asked again and was told they had no idea what was going on. I asked if I could get a call when/if the doctor came in. No call came. Left a message to rebook, never heard back. Unacceptable. There is a reason it's easy to get an appt.
