no customer satisfaction
I had a tech come last week to fix a dishwasher that wasn't draining I took some of it apart to get the water out as it was overflowing. When I finally ran a cycle the bottom rack was not cleaned at all. I phoned to ask him to come back and fix the problem. He refused and said it was not his issue. I will never use them again.

Customer took it apart before we got there, we fixed up the drain problem and we did put it together, usually we don't touch it if customer try to work on it and customer called and said we did not put it together , what she took it apart.all we said what we did it's working,she said yes,
