Stopped in to buy 2 coffees October 30 2019 approx. 11:45 - noon. Staff ignored the lineup for 20+ minutes while they learned how to use a new coffee maker. I tried again 20 minutes later. They were still chatting. The disrespect and absolute disregard for customer service will ensure not only will I never return, I will tell my story every chance I get. Trainer needs to learn how to train effectively without that chatter. Staff need to figure out how to learn while serving customers with care.
