Called back to find out about booking appoint with their sister clinic which is closed today. The receptionist was very condescending and abrupt treating me as if I were a child. I only asked if they were able to book for their other site and am very angry about her response and attitude. When people are unwell and seeking advice you do not respond like this. This entire clinic is so freaking slow. Why make an appointment when they are an 1+ hours late to even get you into the room to see a doctor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC!!! Even if it was the only one open! DO NOT COME HERE

Absolutely atrocious. Third world quality care. They will make you wait long after your appointment time then rush you through your appointment. Dr. Kwan/Quon was rude and unhelpful, and Dr. Hussien sent me for the total wrong xray. Avoid at all costs.

I recently went to this clinic and doctor was so sarcastic and critical about my previous family physician whom I was seeing for last 25 years.He said he will provide me service only if I become his regular patient. He hardly spent 2 minutes with me and forced me to leave his room as I did not like to become his regular patient.
