Got my dog neutered they’re, they are all very well mannered and someone came out to assist us while we were waiting outside (due to covid) they took our dog (who loved her by the way) and explained the procedure. We left and they called us right after he went to sleep telling us he’s about to go in, then called us an hour later when he finished and told us he’s doing great. We got our dog back about 4 hours later and they gave us a manual explaining what to expect and what to do. Great service.

I switched to Parkways Animal hospital for my 2 doggies because Dr. Iqbal is amazing. She truly loves what she does and she treats my 2 furry babies like as if they were her own. She goes above and beyond to make your pets and you feel comfortable and at ease. Her prices are reasonable as well. The staff are also very friendly,and compassionate and accommodate me and my furry babies when I need it. I'm so glad I found Dr Iqbal as I can see this is not just an occupation for her but a passion. Highly recommended!

The Truscott Animal Hospital is truly amazing!! I have 2 Cats, Maggie and Kitkat who are absolutely adorable except when it comes to visiting their Vets for grooming. I am sure that there are many of you out there who have the same problem---WELL have I got some great news for you.No more pills before the visit, no more being put to sleep for a hair cut, no more flying hair and no more stress for me or my kitty cats. Never mind the price, really never mind the price. The savings are incredible!!

My dog seemed in pain & kept hiding,not acting like himself. I was out of town so I had to do an online search to find an ER vet. I'm so pleased I found this one with excellent service Dr. Noorlander provided,he's very caring & knowledgable. He did a thorough exam & didn't rush through. He took his time to explain things. I learned more in that vet visit than I have in many vet visits elsewhere in the past. The RVT Helma was so kind too. She was very courteous & put us both at ease (my dog & me)

I have been taking my dogs here for years and in the last couple months since Dr. Memon has been the clinical director there have been many wonderful improvements made to the clinic. It has never looked better and I will be taking my pets here for years to come. The staff has always been great with my pets and the pricing is the best that I have found.

Dr.Mann is an amazing vet and is not out to hit you in the wallet. They're a husband and wife team and genuinely care for animals. She is very thorough, does what is best for your animal and she is extremely knowledgeable. Her interest is in the health of your animal and not in charging you ridiculous prices to take advantage. If you want a Vet that truely has your family members best interests in mind and at heart. I would highly recommend this clinic as they have been absolutely fantastic!!!

We met dr Reid when we wanted to say goodbye to our very much loved dog at home. He was so very kind, gentle, competent. When our elderly cat had urination problems he gave us more information than any other vet ever had and helped us say goodbye at home. He takes care of our other 3 pets with homes visits, has reasonable prices, texts to check in on them and answer questions, and sends prescriptions to the clinic remotely while understanding budgets and different viewpoints. I can't thank these people enough. There were no vet places open Saturday morning around 3:00am. We tried Hamilton (Were I'm from) no patients being taken.We then drove to Burlington and the same thing. The only service available was this one who told us they could see my dog. By the time we reached there my dog had passed away. They tried the best they could, but I know my dog was in pain and he died in my arms. These people working here are very considerate,polite and honest. Thank you

This is a great place to bring your pet if you’re wanting kind and knowledgeable staff! Selita in particular is very kind and genuinely cares for every animal that comes in, no matter what they’re in for.
