I purchased new tires and got wheel alignment from Fountain Tire in Edmonton. I was not happy with service and treatment I received when I asked questions about the wheel alignment. Turned out the wheel alignment was was off and vehicle wondered to the left on highway. I took my vehicle to Drayton Valley Fountain Tire to check the wheel alignment and they found the undercarriage was off. They realigned the undercarriage & fixed the wheel alignment, at no charge. I've been to a lot of various auto shops in my life and the service at this particular Tirecraft beats them all. Granted, I was only there to patch a flat tire, but I was quoted with a simple price and that was exactly what I paid. No surprise costs or assessments, no hassle, no trying to get me to buy all new tires. They even threw the tire back on my car, made sure my spare was full of air, and reattached the spare for me. The helpful owner of the shop, Bill Parks, even gave me some pertinent tips about car care. He says he and his son run the shop with a philosophy of honesty and educating the customer. Although you need an appointment most of the time, I highly recommend giving them a try. And they do all sorts of stuff aside from tires. "Nearly everything but transmissions," he told me. Lire plus

Great service, dropped off on Monday said pick up on Thursday as out of town and wanted winter tires installed. They called next morning to say all complete and repair one tire that had a screw in it at no charge. Maybe other tirecraft just as good but this shop is super friendly and give great service .
