The owner/Proprietor was very honest with me. (Sorry,did not get his name). I took my hand vac to the store because I wanted him to look inside as there was something rattling in the motor compartment and I was afraid to open it in case I damaged something. I was prepared to pay him but he listened to the rattle and said it sounded like it was just a piece of dirt. I agreed with that. He suggested it was safe for me to open and that I would be saving some money (not having to pay him to do it).

I highly recommend York Appliance. A few months ago I took in a couple of small appliances to York. The fellow who served me (the owner I think) was so pleasant and efficient. He fixed the problem within 5 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. In future if I have any problems with an appliance I would use York as my first choice for repair work.

Danny's replaced the motor on our Hoover Wind Tunnel central vac on the spot. Brilliant!
The store has a huge inventory of parts and provided great service. Much better than other places I tried.

Came across this little store in the Ajax/Pickering area with my broken vacuum. They gave me a free estimate on the repairs that it needed and the price was right. I was really happy when I got it back with in a 24 hour period.The vacuum was all cleaned up and it worked like new again,a very happy customer.

I always have a good experience with Mobile Vacuum. I have been going to them for years to purchase my vacuums, including a Hoover central vacuum that I have had for over 11 years now. Do not and I mean DO NOT go to the big box stores for your vacuum. You will pay far far less at this awesome local store plus, you may choose from new or refurbed; I went new with the great price. Super friendly and helpful with what you need and are looking for. So happy with these people, can't say enough. They also service your machine and are honest, reliable and reasonable. If it's not worth fixing they will tell you; not rip you off. Support local, especially when they so deserve it.

I went to Etobicoke Service Centre to replace my Beam electric hose which was 34 years old, and the carpet sweeper. I was also concerned if the unit, which was 15 years old, was working properly. Bill was very helpful and I ended up purchasing a new Beam central vac with all the accessories for a very reasonable price.
Bill came to do the installation. He took the time to explain how the new Rug Master worked, and gave tips to making it last longer. I highly recommend this company.
