I was in need of a storage unit in the area. Called around for pricing and availability. I had spoken to Paula and see made my decision easy. She knew what size of unit I needed. The staff is friendly and helpful to your needs and concerns. Thank you for all your help in a difficult time. I would high recommend Safe Self Storage to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Great location staff makes me smile all the time super nice people. Love the 24hour access and security. Highly recommend but they are full most of the time. So plan ahead they have 2 stores in Burlington but this is the one i wanted even if i had to wait ,other location had lots of units available

Hired them for our local move with storage based on a friend's referral and was thoroughly impressed! The quote we received was competitive and there were no hidden fees after delivery. The office staff was pleasant to deal with and the crew was efficient and careful of our priceless antiques taking extra care to wrap legs etc.
I will recommend them to everyone we know!

I personally haven’t met anyone in this world on the first day with such a positive spirt as Christine and Peter at Heart lake Access Storage. They make sure to always deliver excellent customer service while being friendly and available in every situation you can think of as a customer.
