I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. My husband & I were on vacation in the Bracebridge/Muskoka area when we ran into car trouble. When we arrived at C.T. Bracebridge Dave & Peter went above and beyond to help us, they not only got our car up on the hoist right away BUT drove us to our cruise on Lady Muskoka so we would not miss it while our car was being fixed. They made us feel welcome, treated us with respect & kindness we cannot say enough about these two men as well as the shop. If I could give 10 stars I would! Bravo guys!
