All I can say is simply amazing. Dorothy's Appliance is a family owned business, and it shows. Their service is simply amazing. I suspect there isn't a small appliance on the planet that they couldn't fix.

The first time I used Jay Will Appliances, it was for a dishwasher repair. He said that he could fix the problem but it would probably be cheaper to replace the dishwasher itself. I truly appreciated his honesty. I recently called him again for a fridge repair. He put time and effort into researching and providing information for a possible fix. absolutely fantastic service. Had a washing machine that would not do the rinse cycle, or drain.
Called them and was told a tech would be out in an hour.
He was. Showed up, diagnosed the issue, provided a quote to fix and was in and out in quick order.
Price was very fair and I truly appreciate the ability to come out so quickly.
Friendly, professional and quick.

The service technician arrived within the stated time. He was prepared, knowledgeable, friendly, and also very kind to my wild pack of dogs. He fixed two of my appliances and provided me with information to make an informed decision about repairing the third appliance. Their rates are more than reasonable. I called Jason one daday to fix our refrigerator He came out the following day which was fine with us. Jason was very nice, polite and fixed our fridge. Pricing was more than fair. I had used him many years ago and was glad he was still available.
