I had my car serviced in Scarboro Kia service department for maintenance. When I called to make an appointment, a representitive helped me to get a rough quotation for the job and made an appointment.
On the service day, I was happy with their service and the result. A mechanic, Ali, was excellent in knowledge, skill and the service. I recommend this dealer shop for the service.

Nato Figliano the sales rep and Alex Semenchenko General Sales Manager were very helpful during our visit to the Prima Mazda in Woodbridge. We felt relaxed and test drove the 2014 Mazda3 and then we nagiated a deal and completed all paper work in an very relaxed atmosphere. I was oringianlly going to Legget Kia in Burlington and had the worst service of my life, thinking at the time that this was normal for a dealership. They would never tell me what exact maintainence I was paying for etc so I decided to switch to Airport Kia. They were so welcoming and explained everything they did to my car during servicing. They answered all my questions and did not rush! Will be comntinuing my maintainence here!

Earlier this year I met the new management and staff. The new manager Joe is A+, very professional, honest and transparent. After seeing the positive changes I just bought a Q50 through them and I could not be happier with the service. They searched to find the exact car I wanted, went above and beyond to make sure it was in great shape inside and out for me including getting it tinted and ceramicpro coated so I didnt have to worry about it after and my car will stay looking amazing for years!
