HWT was replaced yesterday (Dec 15) by a great technician named Paul. He was courteous, friendly, professional and tidy. He answered all my questions and made a suggestion for a future repair which I will have completed by Balcean & Sons. Thanks Paul!!
It's been 15 years since my original HWT was installed by Balcean (yes, Oct 2005...I have the receipt) and the quality of work and customer service is still the same...TOP NOTCH!

We are always grateful after he leaves. No muss no fuss just a fast solution. We live in an old house and sometimes he has to MacGyver a faucet that is too old to replace and so on. He has done such good work over the years he deserves a five star recommendation.

Highly recommend! My kitchen drain had 2 clogs well beyond the trap, and they had the drain cleared and running in half hour. Very friendly (dispatch and technicians) and really affordably priced. Will definitely call them again for any plumbing issue.

Dallas and team did great work for duct cleaning, new water tank installation , new toilet and sum pump installation! Their service was beyond our expectation, very fair price, quick work, great knowledge and expert advice where we needed. Will put Lynn’s company on my list for future projects and 100% will have them over for next cleaning!
