My computer wouldn't even turn on and Francis from tech Squad helped me out and fixed it better than it ever was. He kept in touch with me during every step, he was courteous, and was very mindful of not wasting my money..i can't say enough about the service from this company. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Robert Hawkins for the last four years. He is a very professional and as my wife would say "sweet man". Other then the fact that I always seem to have cavities - he actually does make it easier to bear and he does a good job. We would recommend him for sure.

These guys are the way an auto shop used to be and should be . My car broke down on the side of glenmore trial on a saturday afternoon . Rob one of the owners stopped and found a had a blown rad hose . Then went to parts store , right then got the part and coolant and got me going . I will use these guys from now on any time i need repairs . how many places do that kind of thing theses days ?????????

Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.

I don't usually leave reviews but I got to see their brand new office at Chinook centre Sunday and it's amazing, worth a visit just to see it! It's just down the hallway from their old office and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Roxanne got my exam started and showed me the scans of the inside of my eyes and that was pretty neat. Dr Lathrop got me set up with some new daily contacts that make me actually forget about how dry AB is. They solved my problem I'll definitely be back again!

We had some family call and say that they are on their way into town, i was advised that we needed to make room for said family.
