September 21, 2021 We are seniors and had an unfortunate situation with our upstairs window. We had attempted to clean the windows. As the window was opened fully (which I have found out is not suppose to be done) we were faced with the window haning out with a bent hinge holding it in. We were able to have the window frame repaired in just a few days. I cannot Thank this company enough for their courteous service and efficient workmanship. Our sincere "Thanks" Lire plus

A couple years ago I stopped by Lou's to get a cost estimate to repair some minor paint damage to the rear of my car caused after backing into a steel cable. Other estimates I received were in the $2000 to $3000 range. Lou's thought the damage could mostly be "polished out" and immediately went ahead and tried that. Sure enough, that worked very well and I was more than satisfied with how it looked. It impressed me that they would find a way to repair the damage at a lower cost...right away. Lire plus
