I needed my refrigerator repaired, It was leaking water at the bottom of the unit. I called quality appliance repair and asked for a repair man to stop by. He came out to my residence, examined the refrigerator and started to work on it. He repaired the unit quickly. Apparently there was a hose leaking that needed to be repaired. Prompt, reliable and affordable service.

Wow... Super Dad's Appliance Repair. STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!!! Spread the word!!!!! After getting zero service, we'll be by in a week etc, from several other appliance repair companies.. And finally finding one that will walk in my house for $1oo... Super Dad's Appliance Repair called back at 9pm, spent 30 minutes on the phone with my husband, and figured out why our fridge isn't working. At no charge. Just to be helpful and provide service. We have used EZ Appliance a couple times. They treated us very well. We required a fridge for our shop, and later a front load washing machine.
We did not need shiny new expensive machines as these will live in a workplace. We did have an issue with the washing machine, it failed. But the EZ Appliance people made it right and replaced the faulty washer. What more can I ask for? We like them, and would recommend their products.

Our household struggled with another appliances repair company for our Fulgor Milano in wall stove. Eugene and his apprentice showed up within 1 week of making the service call. Urban Appliance Services pulled out the oven for a diagnosis, replaced the required parts, educated us on parts & maintenance moving forward, and was gone in an hour. We were educated throughout the entire process and not once felt like we were being taken advantage of. They even had the parts on hand!

washer not draining. called at 9am, made an appointment for 10:30 am. Technician showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, had a pump for my older model washer in the truck. Repaired, tested, and minor service to the washer complete in an hour. Gave some hints on washer use to extend life. Can't expect better or quicker service than that!
