I consider myself knowledgeable when it comes to engines, was fighting with my snow blower not running right. Took it in and showed him what I messed up. He had now problem and didn't even laugh at the stupid mistake I did. Got it back the same day. He even called after his store was closed!!!! Price and customer service was great. Thx for the service

The manager of the Christmas tree department, showed great compassion today when the warranty department refused to do anything for me. She allowed me to exchange a faulty tree used for one Christmas only and did not work when I put it up this year. She made a believer of me in good service and I will remain a loyal customer of Rona. I have had my snowblower and lawn mower serviced at R&A for the past 3 years. Before that I used a larger company and usually left feeling that I had been taken. With Reg it is usually just a preseason tune up now but if I need to go with a specific problem it is always taken care of. I had my snowblower picked up this morning - broken cable was repaired in no time. Minimum charge and back in my garage now. I would highly recommend Reg and R&A - Great service at a great price, friendly too!
