Travelling through Angus on a Friday afternoon, when my rad hose decided it was going to leak, and pour my coolant everywhere. In a panic, and in a rush, they went WELL above and beyond to get me on the road. The part that I needed; closest one was in Barrie. One of the guys actually drove their own vehicles to Barrie to get the rad pipe, because it was after the last part shipping vehicle. I cant thank all of them enough. NEVER have I been treated like I was actually a customer. THE BEST!

I came across Dean The Kia Dude quite by chance. I had my previous car less than a year and the head gasket went in it. My mom was tired of me driving her car, so I stopped in one day after work. I get that dealerships tend to be busy but 2 weeks wait just to get a oil check on my civic is ridiculous especially when my oil life 15% but yea if it was fir Steph working some magic I was done with service from them dovsafe to say she managed to get me in the same day n get the job done

I had a totally wonderful experience w/ these people & I'm v. grateful. I'm a Toronto woman so I was not familiar w/ the roads up here. On this mid-Nov night fresh snow started coming down. I was leaving from a retreat & I got caught, past midnight, on an uphill. I was fortunate to call these guys. Exactly 45min later, as advised, their wonderful friendly driver Andrew showed up. By then, more snow had fallen & w/ his guidance I was able to turn the car around. He was so kind & helpful! TY guys!
