It didn’t hurt he was one of the nicest most sincere fellows I’ve meet in a while , he didn’t upsell or up charge me on anything, it was actually cheaper than he said it may be !! Dan was quick to respond, knowledgeable and has stock. His shop is humble but his customer service was excellent. I just picked up a new 28” deluxe SHO from his shop today. I feel I got a great unit at a great price and it was exactly what I wanted. Best yet is I didn’t have to wait weeks to order in a unit. I would absolutely suggest PTF to anyone looking for quality products and support. Looking over the negative reviews it’s hard to believe we were at the same shop. Thank you Dan

I have used this shop times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and care I received. I believe they are honest with appraisals and work, and fair with prices. I once owned a FORD that had electrical issues, Ford dealership did not know how to fix their own vehicle. I brought it to Southside and they repaired it for me, no problems. I am very thankful I found them and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I went there 20 yrs ago when Hans owned the shop . He was amazing super nice very reasonable prices . The best . He knew his stuff. I had an issue on my way out of town he played with a couple wires n off I went . It seems he no longer owns the shop .
