My washer blew it's transmission, oil all over the floor. The service man came in, was very polite, clean looking and offered to remove his work shoes. The job was done, no mess left behind, he even wiped up the oil on the floor that I couldn't get at :) Found a part that needed replacing, not connected to the transmission, went all the way back to the shop and got the part and put it in, no charge....fabulous!! I have used this business several times now, and I would recommend them in a heart Lire plus

Wow! Old fashioned service at an old fashioned price! I can't say enough about how good my experience with Randy's Appliances was. Had a broken Samsung washing machine - called and got a real human voice (5 minutes before closing time) - Randy's wife :) I was given very reasonable pricing and washer was fixed within a couple of days. I'm glad I found a local business I feel great about supporting! It boils down to one very simple thing: THEY CARE! And they're not greedy like most these days. Lire plus
