Fahad is amazing!I require compounded prescriptions that are mailed to me, usually in 3 to 4 days. After more than 2 weeks and still no order, I called Fahad and he told me he would look into it. In the meantime he redid the order at no charge to me! He said "I don't want you to be without your prescription" Excellence beyond great customer service. Thank you Fahad! God bless you! Judy B

THEY DO A POOR JOB OF COMMUNICATING THEIR STORE HOURS WHEN HOLIDAYS OCCUR ( THE WEBSITE SHOWS THEY ARE OPEN, WHEN THEY ARE NOT). THE CORRECT HOURS ONLY SHOW ON THE FRONT DOOR.
ANNOYING WHEN YOU ARE TRYING TO PLACE OR PICK UP A PRESCRIPTION. ACTUAL SERVICE IS GREAT!

The staff are great and always take the time to answer any questions you have as well as provide you with information that you may have not thought to ask. Good service. Three different pharmacists have taken care of my son's and my own needs. They know thir stuff and provide a wealth of advice in a friendly way. Quite frankly, there should not be a need to go to a Dr's office and line up for hours if all phrmaciests were this knowledgeble Keep up with the good work. The only thing that surprises me is that they are better known as the RAY Pharmacy.

She takes the time to really understand your needs and makes sure you understand your medication. There are a few shelves of products to meet your basic needs. IT IS SO VERY CONVENIENT, based in a doctor's office walk in. Delivery of prescriptions is free.
