I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and the above and beyond commitment that cobra has for it customers. I bought a new Traeger Ironwood 650 and after the first use had the paint pealed. After telling the staff at cobra what had happened, they immediately followed up with Traeger, and called me back the same day to assure me that I could pick up a new grill without issue. Thank you again for the great service and prompt response to my issues. Highly recommend them!!!

You made the process of selecting and installing our new fireplace easy, efficient and enjoyable. From the start, we felt the staff including Scott were extremely knowledgeable and helpful - answering questions, providing samples, and following up as needed. The installation process was well organized and we were so impressed by the level of professionalism. The skill and craftsmanship in this work is clearly evident. We could not have hoped for anything more.
