The Owner of this company gives AMAZING Honest service. I called AAA Towing, felt like I wasn’t a priority to them and they gave a $90 quote to change my flat tire and an hour wait. The next call I made was to Hook-N-Go. The Owner answered the phone, said he could be with me within 20 min and gave me a $70 quote. He was very courteous and obviously was all about giving the best customer service he could. I gave him a very nice tip, because small businesses like that need to flourish.

I went to this laundromat twice this week, as my laundry room is under renos... Saturday mid-day was so busy, but that's to be expected... Today was quiet! Lots of washers and dryers of different sizes.. The owner was very friendly and nice! Also - the Vietnamese restaurant in the same strip is great to grab a healthy lunch while clothes are in the dryer!

Staff is very friendly and welcoming and they go above and beyond to make sure we had a great dining experience. I love the open kitchen concept seeing all the wonderful food being prepared. Gave me a "ball park" rate and I was happy to find out that it was very close to the quote. Very pleased with the service, cleanliness and attention to detail from the workers.
