The food is always good there, but you should go before 7:00 PM because they dont refill the food trays that often and you need to ask them get more food out and they give you attitude like youre breaking the rules or something. IT PISSES ME OFF... so I dont go there often anymore.

I've been to Red Robin at the Parkwood location in Prince George twice recently. The 1st visit was at the beginning of September and the 2nd visit was the 2nd week of September. Both times were at different times of the day/evening on different days of the week. Each time was excellent food and service. My septic system was down in the middle of winter. I called Lisa at their dispatch. She had 2 people to my house within 2 hours on short notice. They showed up and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Our kitchen sink was clogged and Blockbuster came out right away and fixed it. They were efficient, polite, quick, and explained what the issue was and what they did to fix it. I have no complaints and feel good about the whole experience. Good job!
