Kevin and his team was very accommodating, prompt and professional. I had a broken Whalen unit in my condo and they were able to replace it with an Omega Heat Pump. From the first phone call to final install, it only took 2 days. On time, within budget and honest. They are highly recommended, I would definitely use them again!
