Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

We hired Joey's Junk at CIMA Canada to dismantle and dispose of 16 cubicles, office desk/chairs, and many filing cabinets. The booking process was simple, and they worked efficiently within our tight schedule, also best pricing out of 5 different quotes. Today I came to your well-run facility and from the girl at the entrance gate, to staff working the grounds-everyone was so courteous and helpful. It is great to see recycling handed so perfectly! Atlas came to take away our old couches before some new ones arrived. The booking process was easy and the staff was great from start to finish. I booked a 2-hour window and received a confirmation call about 15 minutes before the team arrived. The guys who came were courteous, removed their shoes, and knew their stuff! They were able to quickly disassemble the couch and remove the pieces. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

We are flooring contractors who needed garbage to be picked up from multiple work sites - a variety of debris and rubbish from renovation jobs such as heavy tiles and mortar, old hardwood flooring, and a lot of drywall. He didn't hesitate to come promptly to give us a fair price and saved us a lot of time in our busy season. This man had a positive attitude despite the fact our garbage had been sitting out in rainy conditions. Excellent service operated by an honest man - would use him again!
