Incredibly helpful people who followed through quickly to schedule an installation. They know their products and provided us with valuable information. this place gets E FOR EFFORT and I mean it! I didnt know how to start my air conditioner, cindy called me back and answered my questions and also my thermostat was reading in Fahrenheit,i liked Celsius, jim walked me through the steps to change it----using his cell after business hours!!!!! amazing!!! thank you zed air
