KY Roofing did an excellent job four years ago on our flat roofing and also did some shingle work on our residence in Toronto. They also did some very good roofing work at a neighbour’s place some two years ago. Our current problem is that their principal owner, a Michael, can no longer be reached (April 2025).
Does anyone have a current working phone number for Michael and KY Roofing? Michael is excellent but his and the company do not pick up at the phone number provided in their listings.

I had a visit from a raccoon in the middle of the night who tore the vent cap off. I called Jimmy the Roofer and explained the problem. He was at my door in less than 15 minutes. He was able to fix all 5 vents and add eavestrough covers along 1 side of the house which another contractor had never returned to finish. He and his partner were friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. They explained various options and let me pick what I wanted. They also cleaned up before they left.

When our roof needed re-shingling we did some internet research on quality of shingles and brands that were manufactured in Canada and got estimates from 3 local roofing companies. The office gave us heads-up telephone calls advising us when workmen would arrive at our home, and shingling was done in stages so that the roof could be “buttoned-up" before any thunderstorms. The clean-up after their work was meticulous and the quality of the roofing was excellent.

Greg and his team at Doucette Roofing were total professionals -- meeting us first to confirm the scope of work and access, scheduling the work (and actually making those dates) and then over a 3 day period they completed the demolition, made some unexpected roof repairs, installed the new roof and completed all of the finishing details, including flashing and eavestroughs. There is no sign now that they were even here, except for a fantastic new roof!
