Slater's as been our favourite meat market for the last decade....(my dad had a butcher shop in Pittsburgh...his biggest sellers were his home-made sausage. Slater's quality meats are in the same GREAT category).

A nice locally owned family business with very friendly service. The turkey sausages and the pulled pork are the BEST! The guys here even stay open waiting for some customers when they forget to pick up their thanksgiving turkeys.

Excellent source of local, humanely raised meats and poultry. Heritage recipes ensure good, old fashioned quality. Sausages such as Boudin Noir are superb. Not cheap, but considering products are a cut above, they are reasonable.

Very clean, lots of meat varaties to choose from. Their peri peri chicken is to die for. Staff is very friendly, great cuatomer service. I refuse to buy meat from any othee place in Surrey.

Bought a butterflied leg of lamb for our Christmas dinner. Never cooked with a local lamb before, was worried it may be to gamy or tough. I stuffed it with goat cheese and spinach the meat cut like butter! The butcher was kind enough to cut up the bones for me to make a gravy. The best Christmas dinner to date!
