Not a very happy camper with these folks. I won't bug with with details. Just be careful. I lost over $400 in faulty equipment. Moving on with my business. Instead of coming to a solution it was more of an attitude thing. I'll move my business elsewhere. Too busy for this.

They sell products they don’t have in stock without disclosing, and expect you to wait 3 month for it Dishonest, terrible business model

on Dec. 1st they told me they will be shipping the mic out within 14 days. after 3 weeks I emailed them again and they gave me some bs reply like they are "expecting it soon" and telling me to call the store for a detailed ETA. what customer service tells customer to call the store instead of providing information in writing? this was supposed to be a Christmas gift. it is now Dec. 28th. all my gifts arrived on time except for this one. if I have issues getting this refunded like the other custo

tried calling to talk about my order and they dont pick up the phone, also dont tell you about an item not being in stock, till after they charged you and a few days go by

Online purchase is immediately charged to your credit card even if they are out of stock. You are notified that your order may take weeks to process while they wait for delivery of stock. I dont think they should take your money until they ship.
