Larlyn has managed our condominium at City Court at 56 Hiawatha for the past 16 years. We have found their office to be professional and they have always been prompt in responding to our phone calls and emails. Based upon our dealings with Larlyn over the years I would have no concerns in recommending them to another community looking for a management company in Woodstock.

Our Condo Corporation contracted with Larlyn as the Property Management Agent for just over a year. In all my many years in business at the national and international level, I have never encountered a more inept, incompetent, and unprofessional organization. The fundamental problem was the total lack of business integrity and oversight within the middle and upper management structure of the company - all the way to, and including, the President.
