We had been looking for a second used car for some time as we were picky about what we wanted. Finally found one we liked at Sam Auto Sales. Not only did we find a good car for a fair price, the buying experience was easy. Our expectations were met.

This man sold a car to us, asked to pay around $1000 in cash citing tax advantage and told us that he would fix any issues that happened within 30 days of purchase. We got a check engine light within 7 days and informed him. He misguided us and never fixed the problem, asked us to pay for it because we told him we are new immigrants to Canada. He was very rude to me and my wife as well.

This man was not honest with us. He asked us to pay a deposit of $1000 and when I said I could only do half he agreed. I paid $500 of the deposit, after I did some research I found out that the car I was interested in had recently been involved in a major accident and was considered very unsafe to drive. I told Sam we wanted our money back, and he only returned me $300. He said he paid $200 for the safety but had no evidence
