We’ve eaten from Hamoudi’s while on our Keto diet and it was a great option. They’re always willing to go above and beyond in my experience!
Very poor phone customer service skills. Instead of owning up to providing wrong information regarding a delivery charge, they hung up the phone. Called back to ask if they hung up by accident, and the person very casualy said no and that he hung up on purpose. They have a lot to learn about how to speak to their clients and what it means to be respectful. Fortunately there are lots of other great restaurants in Windsor to choose from.
Placed a large order with tahini sauce& garlic on the side and plates. Got the sanwiches and fries and nothing of the xtras i ordered. Write things down and give customers what they ask for.
